Submission

Publication Options

Option 1: Accepted papers will be published in the International Conference Proceedings. The proceedings will be published under an ISBN number and each paper will be assigned a unique DOI number.

Option 2: For those who're NOT looking to publish their papers, it's acceptable to submit your abstracts to the conference just for oral presentation without publication, which will be sent to at least two technical committees for a brief review, and it will take about 30 working days.

Template

Papers should be prepared in English and carefully checked for correct grammar. Figures should be of high quality. To ensure high scientific quality, all papers will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee Members. All papers must be submitted in electronic form using the web site of the conference. Once the reviewing process is complete, the contact author of each paper will be notified of the result by e-mail. The authors are required to follow the reviews in order to improve their paper before their final submission. Authors are requested to submit papers reporting original research results and experience.

Note: 1. Full paper submission for both presentation and publication, while abstract submission for presentation only without publication.

2. Each full paper should be no less than 4 full pages in two columns, including all figures, tables, and references. When it exceeds 6 pages, extra page will be charged at 60 USD / 400 RMB per page.

Penalty against Plagiarism

Submitted papers will be checked for plagiarism. If plagiarism is discovered, the paper will be rejected or removed from the program and all authors will be reported to their affiliations.
