WHEREAS, the ___________________________________ is the recognized Native governing body for the community of _____________________________, and;

WHEREAS, this council is a member in good standing with the Alaska Inter-Tribal Council, and;

WHEREAS, this council has the authority to designate a voting delegate to the Special
Meeting of May 26, 27 and 28, 2009 called by AI-TC, and;

WHEREAS, the tribal council will provide their delegate(s) with travel and per diem while in attendance at this statewide meeting.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the village of ___________________________ hereby designates ____________________________ as voting delegate(s) for the __________________village for the Special Meeting of May 26, 27 and 28, 2009 called by AI-TC to be held at the Millennium Hotel in Anchorage, Alaska, and;
