CHANGE OF DATES: December 3-5, 2007

POSTPONED MEETING:

This is to inform you that the Alaska Inter-Tribal Council Annual Convention and Tribal Administrators Forum for 2007 have been postponed. The date has been changed from October 1-3 to December 3-5. The Convention and Forum will be held at the Millennium Hotel as originally planned. Only the dates have changed.

REGISTRATIONS AND RESOLUTIONS RECEIVED:

All registrations and resolutions which AITC has received to date will be considered in force and effect for the new conference and forum dates. Should you wish to make changes as to who will be participating as a delegate or as a voting delegate, please contact the AITC office and we will inform you as to the correct procedure.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS:

If you have already made hotel reservations at the Millennium Hotel for the conference and /or forum, those reservations will be transferred over to the new dates. We will be receiving new confirmation codes for those reservations and will forward those on to you upon receipt. If you would like to extend those reservations for the BIA Providers Conference the week before, please contact the Millennium to make those changes.

AIRLINE RESERVATIONS:

We are seeking the same 10% discount from Alaska Air for travel to the conference. We hope to extend the dates during which the discount is effective so you can travel in to the BIA Providers Conference prior to our meeting and still receive the discount. We are seeking a discount on PenAir as well.
